Nice place. I was at a meeting at the educational coop, and I had to find a lunch spot. Using Google maps, the nearest place, opened only since September, was Pop's Place. I had the Pop's Burger. The side of fries was extra. I hate businesses have had to do that. I should have ordered the daily special, but it was a very good burger. Oh, don't drink the water, get a true drink.

Everytime we visit its fantastic. All the way around. Tonight, we got the Fish family meal. Some of the best fish in the area and the best frog legs.

I have nothing but GOOD things to say about this place! Our first time here after taking a Saturday drive. First impression was, I’m gonna like this place. Food was right on spot! The service was excellent and atmosphere was really relaxed. Our next visit we’re bringing a coupe of friends to try the catfish Thank you pops for a very enjoyable lunch!

WOW. Wow, wow, WoW!! We always try mom n pop shops vs. Big name diners, and I am NOT disappointed! It's 2024 my expectations were low, let me tell you what we were more than impressed. Hubby got a 3 piece fish meal, and the fish size was unexpected, but the taste was fresh, wasn't dry, and filled my big man up! I got a chicken sandwich with fried Okra. As northern-born Okra is a tasty treat, we don't have fresh okra, I'm OBSESSED. Service was phenomenal! And we WILL be back.

Visited this cute place for the 1st time last night. I had the fish sandwich & fries & my husband had the cheesesteak & fries. The fish was thin, crispy, well-seasoned, & hot! The food was so good & fresh! We also got a side of red beans & rice & fried green tomatoes. They were both delicious! I hope they expand their menu a little & maybe add desserts like pie &/or ice cream. Service was great too! Will definitely be back!

The food has came out hot and fresh everytime I’ve went and it tastes amazing! I got the chicken Philly this time and they made it exactly the way I wanted. Definitely recommend trying!

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. The food was phenomenal! We had fish and shrimp and sides of hush puppies, coleslaw, and fried okra and loved every bite. Highly recommend! We will go back!
